🧩 Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll through Gusto
Maintain complete and accurate books, including A/R and A/P
Record transactions and manage general ledger
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Coordinate with operations on inventory-related entries
Prepare financial data for month-end close
Work closely with the Controller on reporting and compliance
🎓 Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of accrual accounting
Prior experience with payroll systems (Gusto preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Background in product-based or eCommerce businesses
Familiarity with inventory tracking or COGS accounting
Ensure messaging is consistent across product launches, campaigns, email, and packaging
