Unopened Products (Within 14 Days): You may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your subscription order for a store credit, exchange, or refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Opened Products (Within 14 Days): If the product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene and safety regulations. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, we will provide a store credit or exchange for a similar product or a product of equal value.
After 14 Days: After the 14-day return window, we can no longer accept returns. If you choose not to return the product, we are still happy to provide store credit for any unused products, or we can assist you with an exchange. Store credit is available for any items within 30 days after the order has shipped, even if the product has not been returned.
