Subscription Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Cancellations must be made prior to the shipment of your next order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment.

2. Refunds for Subscription Orders:

Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Post-14 Day Refunds: After the 14-day window for returns has passed, we cannot offer a refund for returned items. However, we can offer store credit for unopened products returned after the 14-day period.

3. Subscription Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products (Within 14 Days): You may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your subscription order for a store credit, exchange, or refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Opened Products (Within 14 Days): If the product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene and safety regulations. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, we will provide a store credit or exchange for a similar product or a product of equal value.

 

After 14 Days: After the 14-day return window, we can no longer accept returns. If you choose not to return the product, we are still happy to provide store credit for any unused products, or we can assist you with an exchange. Store credit is available for any items within 30 days after the order has shipped, even if the product has not been returned.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a product, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues. Options for resolution may include:

  • Exchange for a different product.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Discount codes for your next purchase.
  • After the 14-day window, store credit can still be issued if the item is unopened.

5. Shipping & Return Costs
