Return and Refund

At Johnny Slicks, we hope you love your products.

 

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund to your original form of payment or a refund as store credit.

 

Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been used or worn.

 

Please send a message to sales@johnnyslicks.com to request a return.

 

Simply send a message with your order number and request.

 

Reach out to our Customer Experience department with any questions.

INITIATE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We have a very flexible return/exchange policy, which states that as long as an item is unused/unwashed, you may return it to our factory in exchange for another fragrance or product (Note:  customer will cover the difference of a higher priced item).

 

Refunds as available as a store credit or back to your original payment.

 

If your order was placed within the last 30 days, you can send a message to sales@johnnyslicks.com to begin the process.

 

If your return is outside the 30-day return window, no worries.

We can generate a return label which will need to be paid for at your local post office or UPS pickup point.

 

Just ship unused items back to us with a note stating your order number and request, and we'll proceed accordingly.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR REFUNDING MY ORDER?

There are two refund options for returned items.

  • STORE CREDIT REFUND

    One-hundred percent of the value of all returned products are issued in the form of a store credit to your Johnny Slicks customer account. There's no rush using your credit as it has no expiration and can be used towards any future Johnny Slicks purchases.

     

    If you do not have an account, one will be created for you.

  • REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT (Within 14 Days)

    This refund is issued to your card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item (s).
