We have a very flexible return/exchange policy, which states that as long as an item is unused/unwashed, you may return it to our factory in exchange for another fragrance or product (Note: customer will cover the difference of a higher priced item).
Refunds as available as a store credit or back to your original payment.
If your order was placed within the last 30 days, you can send a message to sales@johnnyslicks.com to begin the process.
If your return is outside the 30-day return window, no worries.

We can generate a return label which will need to be paid for at your local post office or UPS pickup point.
Just ship unused items back to us with a note stating your order number and request, and we'll proceed accordingly.
