Media Buyer

About the Role

Johnny Slicks is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, CTV, TikTok, Spotify, Google and other PPC Ads. This role is for someone who understands how to profitably grow ecommerce consumable and repeat-purchase brands—not just launch campaigns. 

 

You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis, working closely with creative and leadership to drive sustainable, scalable growth. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We’re looking for someone dynamic, data-driven, and proactive who can adapt quickly as performance, creative, and market conditions evolve.

🎯Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media across Meta, CTV, TikTok, Spotify, Google and other PPC Ads 

Strategize, launch, and scale campaigns for ecommerce products with repeat purchase behavior 

Manage six-figure monthly ad spend while maintaining efficient CAC and strong ROAS 

Build full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention-focused campaigns 

Analyze performance daily and make data-driven optimizations 

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative 

Identify scaling opportunities while protecting profitability 

Monitor platform updates, market trends, and competitive activity 

Maintain clear reporting and consistently communicate insights and next steps

💼 Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta, CTV, TikTok, Spotify, Google and other PPC Ads 

Proven experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend 

Strong ecommerce background, especially with consumable or repeat-purchase brands 

Experience scaling brands beyond initial traction 

Deep understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and MER 

Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level 

Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments 

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Experience with subscription or replenishment-based products 

Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and UGC-driven performance ads 

Experience collaborating with email and SMS teams to support full-funnel growth
